#DisabilityDayFCC

Last December we celebrated #DisabilityDayFCC, a corporate volunteering day with which we wanted to show once again the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. With the help of the Adecco Foundation and together with people with disabilities, we participate in various workshops and initiatives to help them develop their skills and work capabilities.

What did we do at #DisabilityDayFCC?

During two mornings, at our headquarters in Las Tablas and at FCC Industrial, we held different workshops with which we help people with disabilities in their development of skills and competencies to promote their social and labor inclusion. The activities were guided by professionals from the Adecco Foundation and without a doubt, it was a great day. We encourage you to participate in future corporate volunteering actions that we carry out and also, to see some photographs of the day at the end of this page. Thank you very much for your participation and involvement.

Ecological soap workshop

Using manual techniques we learned to make organic soaps and prepare them to give as gifts during Christmas (Las Tablas and Federico Salmón).

Cookie decorating workshop

We learned how to decorate cookies with edible modeling paste and guided by a simple manual with techniques and examples (Las Tablas).

Biscuit and breakfast workshop

We held a biscuit workshop that later we were able to taste in a blind breakfast, deprived of the sense of sight (Las Tablas).

Solidarity market

A solidarity market led by people with disabilities. An initiative that helps them develop skills and competencies (Las Tablas and Federico Salmón).
